Two months and multiple emails and still nothing

I’ve sent the first email on January 17th and every Friday thereafter. With the conversion from vitality active reward points to Discovery miles they owe me 630 miles (which is a lot) and Vitality phoned to ask me to stop sending emails, the Bank is busy investigating the missing miles, but a representative will get back to me. It’s been 2 months, nothing from the bank and still missing miles...
