Trying to slip interest charges through *******ly. OR what?
For no reason at all I have been charged almost R1000 in interest on my account. Called in May to query. Was told it is a glitch on the system and will be fixed. It was ignored. Called in again 14 June. Was told there is no record of a call. No note on system. Given a reference number. This has still not been resolved.
