True Definition of a **** bank #Discovery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Discovery Bank regarding an ongoing ***** case. After reporting the *****, no investigator ever contacted me to discuss the matter or provide updates. When I followed up myself, I was instructed to submit an affidavit, which I did promptly. However, after submitting the required documentation, I was simply told to consider the case closed. To make matters worse, the *****ulent transactions involving Discovery to Discovery, yet Discovery Bank appears to have closed the matter without a proper investigation or explanation. As a customer, I expected transparency, communication, and support during what has been a stressful situation. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer care has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I expected far better service from a bank handling a serious ***** matter.
