Treated Like a ******** for Using My Own Money

Never have I been so humiliated by my bank for using my one money. Discovery bank questioned my transactions, incoming and outgoing over the last 12 months. Seeing you have full transparency of my account, I am not sure how you can question where it comes from when you can see this. I provided you with my salary slips to show I have a legitime income and where all the other funds have come from, including statements from the 3rd party as all the funds are winnings.

You approved my black suite account aiming at clients earning R850 000 - R2.5 million a year. Yet when those amounts starts reaching my account, you want to start an investigation of where it comes from.

I fully appreciate that banks have regulatory obligations, but there is a difference between compliance and making someone feel like a ********. I have a credit card with a limit of R750, which is fully paid as off this morning so I don't even owe you anything. I have moved my business back to my previous bank where I will treated better. I will not be sharing further information upon your requestunder the POPIA act as I no longer will be banking with you.
