Travel Refund taking forever.

I cancelled a booking on the 20th of November.

Discovery initially told me that i would be 7 - 10 Days to receive the refund.

They it was changed to 7 to 10 Working days after Calling them again.

Then it was changed to 7 - 21 Days.

Then while speaking to someone else, i was changed to up to 6 weeks.

So im just not sure when I'm going to get refunded guys. Its been 2 weeks now already.

Discovery says its up to the Onyx to refund then first, and They Onyx says that they don't have the funds and that they only get paid 30 days after the booking.

Very confusing.

Please advise.
