Travel insurance poor service

I booked my flights to my European holiday using the discovery black card which cam with travel insurance. I then lost my luggage on a flight from Barcelona to Paris. When I wanted to claim for this i got sent from pilar to post. Instead of them assisting me with the claim , they passed me onto a 3rd party which then send me to another party. Its now been 2 days without my luggage and very important medication. At no point did Discovery ever mention that I would have to deal with a 3rd party to get claims sorted out when I was booking the flight?

Instead of the nonsense that I am being put through now, it would have been best just to get the insurance with a different company
