Travel discount not fulfilled

After being a Vitality client for years, I wanted to experience more of what the programme offers and joined Discovery Bank. However I am utterly disappointed that that experience has rather been so poor right from the start. I tried to book a flight on the banking app, where it said I have 32,5% off of domestic flights but when I continued to select my flights the discount percentage has significantly decreased to 10%. I have reached out to Client Services, to first have my call dropped while being put on hold. To ultimately being told they are not sure what the issue is and I will have to wait for them to resolve it. Now who doesn’t know that flight prices go up?! While I am “waiting” the price has gone from a little over R1000 to now basically R2000 on FlySafair. This pretty defeats the purpose of my whole Discovery Bank travel experience. This is really terrible and I am livid.
