Travel booking errors
Been trying to book flights on the Travel section for nearly a week. Constant errors and nobody at the call center able to assist. Bit of a joke.

Initially the price of the flights were R 34k on the app. And then after a week of effort Discovery offered the same flights to me for R 46k. This is not only much higher than the initial offer, but this is R 4,000 more than if I booked the same flights on other platforms. So your Vitality gold status discount is a bit of a joke. But never mind I booked somewhere else.
