Transferred money paid into my account to another account without my permission

It is with great disappointment in Discovery bank that I am writing this review today. I opened a credit card account years ago with Discovery bank and never had any problems until now.

I deposited R1000-00 into my Credit card account on 5 December 2023 as minimum payment for December. Someone at Discovery bank transferred the amount without my permission to a transaction account that I did not open, never used and never even received a card to use on this account. I also called 5 December 2023 and spoke to Joshua and Carin. They promised me that they would request to close this account and transfer the money back to my credit card account. This was never done. Restrict my credit facility and now keep on calling me to deposit the minimum amount into my Credit card account which was paid on the 5th of December 2023 already and transferred without my permission out of my account!!!!!!
