***** transactions not reversed

I would like to highlight how Discovery bank has allowed me to be de*****ed with R 13500.00 and now they are blaming me because I put in my card details to pay for something and the hackers accessed me account and used R 13500.00 from my account in 3 minutes literally. I never received any SMS's, No OTP's or anything. Now I get told to wait for a ***** investigator to get back to me, last week they told me they will have feedback Monday 03 June 2024. I need my money. I reported this 3am in the morning when I realized the transactions went off. Why wasn't it stopped before it was cleared because the transactions showed as pending on my side last week still. I need my money , I have children to feed. my rent and car needs to be paid. Discovery bank is negligent and hackers know the loop hole, No forms of security was used for these transactions. I will be reporting this to the Banking Ombudsman, I am not going to wait for my money, its my money and I WANT IT RETURNED. My account number is ***.
