Total disappointment is an understatement.

One star is way too high a rating at this point. I'm beyond frustrated with Discovery Bank, and now all I want to do is close all my accounts asap but even that is now proving impossible. I've had a Discovery credit card forever but was forced to migrate to Discovery Bank and since then I've not been able to load the app or use my card. I stupidly also opened a transactional account thinking Discovery was going to be the next best thing since sliced bread - I could not have been more wrong! I was told I'd receive two cards, a new c/card + a transaction card but only one card arrived. When calling, the consultant told me that there is only one card for both accounts. How on earth is that possible??? Loading the app and having to take stupid selfies that don't work, and just hang. I've now deleted the app - permanently. Everything about this process has been frustrating, time wasting, with no positive results. The poorest customer service, making promises to follow up but nothing comes of it. In fact everything about Discovery from the banking to the Insure, to the vitality rewards is complicated, confusing, time wasting and the list goes on. I'm so over them and their useless product. I will pay off my credit card and be done. I hear Thyme bank has good reviews, so going to see what they offer, though not holding my breath. Because I've had discovery health for almost 20 years, I thought this would be a seamless process but hell, it's been the complete opposite. What a total disappointment.
