This is not a bank, this is a joke!
After numerous calls, emails, etc. it has now been almost 8 weeks where I have sent all the documents to get my debit orders switched over! No one seems to know what is going on, they say they have sent me emails (which I have never received). You cannot do the simplest of things that you would be able to actually do with a REAL bank! Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible

This is what I am talking about, only after threats does it happen and then only half of it gets done...
