This is a brilliant bank!

I love this bank! It is smart, innovative, helpful and personal. I was already extremely happy with them and they have just solved a dispute that we have had with a foreign bank over a deposit that was supposed to be a hold on my account but the money was taken instead. It all happened efficiently and quietly in the background and suddenly the money was back in my account. I love the rewards program and it works incredibly well for me - the money I get back in various ways far outweighs my monthly fees.
