This bank is not trust worthy to leave your money with them ...

My services has been cut off due to the new card is unable to do the online payment, therefore I can't do the debit orders, and the issue has been reported for a week already, I called three times, they promise me the problem will be solved by the end of each day I called .... nothing happened.
