*******, *****, Unfriendly Staff. Stay Away

If I could rate the bank less than 1 star I would. Discovery Bank are a bunch *******. The call centre agents do not care about their customers and are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I am owed a cash benefit from the 5th of October and it is now 24th. Every day they say issue has been resolved and the cash will reflect the following however no money has reflected. Be careful when signing up. You won't see the benefits promised to you. Even when you are entitled to them!
