Worst bank of all time.
Number one they block your account for alleged theft they ask you to give an affidavit too advise the account is not involved in any sort of **** etc you do as told by their ***** division and nothing.
Number two they ask you to refund someone which is admitting to guilt and refuse to answer emails and or phone calls.
Complaint submitted with no reply.
They are a joke and should certainly pay attention to their banking clients especially seeing as they are new it’s a sad state of affairs.

26 Nov 2020, 12:03Good day. No reply has been given. I get told by your department a case has been opened against me. Failure for them to note I plead guilty on the charges on the 5th of October 2020 therefore the complainant is not liable for a refund at this time. I received a suspended sentence for 5 years. I want this sorted. Discovery is withholding my money and therefore cannot continue having a hold. First they advise they want me too refund the complainant not it’s a different story.
