They put the customer last

After i was hijacked and the people withdrew money discovery bank stopped the card before they would finish all the money in the account which was quite impressive

After i called them to report the case and they promised to refund the money and fix the issue no one is getting back to me, after numerous emails to the staff and phone calls i keep on getting the same response that an investigator will get hold of me

My life is at a stand still and i am on the verge of losing my job, i regret joining the bak and i regret taking most of the people i know with me to join the bank
