They offered me a settlement to pay on my credit card which i accepted and paid in July 2025, but they still call me every 5 minutes to ask for a payment, once on the call the person realise it is paid and say it is escallated to management to write off the balance of the interent and it might take months to do so...months !!! Really, they offered me the settlement and should have written off the extra interest therecand then, now they phone me day snd night, even at 7am in the morning, i have recorded evedance of their miss management of this situation !!!!
