They locked my funds into my account for a year now and they are now ignoring me

I have been a loyal customer for Discovery bank for a while now but I'm very much disappointed with this bank. It has been a year since my account has been blocked without contacting me or even updating me. My account has funds and failing to access or do anything. I'm a responsible father who has a baby whom I must support, but my funds are with Discovery Bank. I am angry cause this service is very bad. A whole 1 year without getting help, this means unprofessional service from the Discovery banking team.

I'm in need of this funds.

I'm someone who is very interested in learning about trading so that I can eventually earn passive income through online trading. Around July, I came across someone on Facebook who claimed to be a trader. We started chatting, and he explained how he makes profits from trading. However, I found his trading methods difficult to understand. He suggested I watch some YouTube videos, which I did, but I still found the concepts confusing.

As we continued chatting, I asked him if he trades on behalf of others. He said yes, but mentioned that profits would be split 50/50 as his commission. I told him I would arrange some money by the end of the month and get back to him. Eventually, I managed to get some USDT and transferred it to his Binance wallet. I trusted him blindly and hoped for a smooth and honest partnership.

From then on, he started trading for me and was regularly depositing profits into my account. Everything seemed fine until Friday, 2nd February, when another deposit was made. Shortly after, Discovery Bank froze my account and flagged the transaction as *****ulent.

I was completely shocked, especially since all previous transactions went through without any problems. I’ve tried reaching out to both the bank and the trader’s Facebook page and telegram account for clarity, but I haven’t received any helpful response. A few days later, I realized his Facebook page and telegram had been deactivated or removed — it no longer appears on my friends list.

This whole situation has been frustrating and confusing. I genuinely didn’t expect anything like this and had no idea that the arrangement could turn out to be a red flag.
