They do not live up to their reputation of being forward thinking and providing excellent service. I was pestered by calls to sign up. And finally giving in, I was told my application for a bank account was pending. After 2 weeks of no feedback of a decision. I withdrew my application. There was no apology or explanation for the delay and no acknowledgement of my withdrawl. I am a person with a disability due to a chronic illness, and I sincerely hope there was no ************** based on this fact. I expected more from a progressive behemoth corporation.
