They are not upfront with the miles program that is inactive at the moment

This is very unprofessional from Discovery bank. They phoned me with the same excitement to move my card to the new Discovery bank, but failed to say that the miles won’t work for nobody knows how long. And this is after I asked them about the miles and they told me, yes sir you will be able to earn 1 mile for every R15 spend. This morning they say, they can't know for sure, but hopefully by the end of September. I got about R500-R800 back every month and paid the yearly fee to be able to use this benefit. If they told me your miles won’t work immediately with the bank, I would have told them to keep their bank card until they have sorted themselves out!
