Theiving Discovery Life

I have ever since three months cancelled my card with you, while I still had funds on my card with you. You then requested documents from me, but never cancelled my card, nor froze it. I have however been unable to provide you with the demanded documents and you continue to deduct fees on my inactive account and now I have less money in the card you refuse to cancel, refuse to transfer the funds to my account and continue to deduct your fees... This is thievery!
