The worsted company ever to do business with!

So 2022 has been an eye opener about Discovery, at this point I honestly believe that trying to differentiate between all the departments is just a waste of time because at the end of the day Discovery is a company. First of all their procedure leave little to be desired for because calling in one day to sort out any issues you are taken from pillar to post which for me goes to show that some of these call centre agent are clueless about the companies own products. Secondly most of them are they just don't keep record of any of the things that you call about and when you request the recordings they are nowhere to be found. In closing I honestly don't understand how any work gets to be done when people there can't even do the bare minimum. There is lack of escalation, delays in responding to customer complaints and when they do get around to calling you it's just an annoying story to cover the incompetency of some of the workers. Instead they would rather tell you that you have imagined all the calls you have made to them.This is one company I WILL never do business with!
