My Discovery credit card has charges as high as R500 called “ migration “ charges for three months and I’m assuming this is for when Discovery left FNB but Why am I being charged these fees???

I called a consultant and he said their system allocated a lot of fees to clients and they would reverse these fees however it’s been 3 months and still no reversal . Meanwhile I’m busy paying my credit card and the balance doesn’t change because there are charges that don’t make sense .

Fix your systems !!!
