The worst bank.

My husband paid money into my account using paysharp payment which was supposed to reflect immediately on the 27th. Still today no money received and it's hanging somewhere. When we call the bank they don't want to take accountability and keeps on blaming other banks. They don't want to acknowledge that their paysharp system is failing clients.this is frustrating because that money is needed urgently hence its was an immediate payment.my husband went to the branch in Sandton and they cannot help him and advised him to wait for investigations to be concluded which will take weeks. This is the worst bank!!!!!!!!
