The terror of getting refunded

I made a payment to an account that does not exist with Capitec more thab 2 months ago. I was asked to visit Capitec and they informed me this rests with Discovery to resolve. Every time I call they say it take 10 business dayyd to pay back my money. Still nothing. So you are happy to debit my account but cannot refund R1500 because of whatever reason. Utterly disgusting! I regret opening this account!
