The Lounge Revamp-Cape town
On the 15th July 2025, I will be travelling from Cape Town to Jhb and was advised that the Cape Town lounge is closed due to revamping.
I need access to a lounge on arrival and was advised that only Black and Purple members have an alternative to use other lounges.
Your revamping shouldn’t affect me as my monthly charge is still the same despite your current renovations. It doesn’t make any financial sense to pay for what you can’t have access to.
I need access to the lounge and would really appreciate if you could help me with an alternative plan
