They removed vitality reward voucher options from the health app and hid it behind a paywall on the bank side to lure you into signing up for financial products. Once you try to sign up the banking app and see its a **** to upsell you, its too late and they start to call you over and over again. Then a smooth talking agent will convince you that you can sign up for a free savings account to get to those rewards...only to discover that in fact NO, you do not have access to your discovery miles on a free account.

they seem to forget that the rewards are there to encourage you to be more healthy so that they need to spend less money on getting you better, NOT as a way to upsell you into financial products you dont need.
