The Discovery banking app is disappointing

I have money in my account and I can't excess it because I can't log into the banking app it's been two months now it's so frustrating and inconvenient. It just keeps saying error cannot log in .at the call centre all they tell you is to uninstall the app and install it then restart the phone that doesn't work .no to clear the cache .I'm so disappointed such a big company to be so unprofessional!!!!! So my money will just disappear
