The Bank of tomorrow isn’t equipped to deal with the needs of today

Only just found out that with Discovery Bank you cannot receive a payment from overseas I have made a huge payment that I need to be reimbursed for just before Xmas and the voice on the phone can only say sorry we can’t help you. If the “bank of the future” can’t manage the most basic transactions. Then I will have to go to a bank of today that can help. My response to Discovery no problem for not helping as of tomorrow I will no longer have any products with you.
