Terrible, terrible service and support!!

Compared to other divisions of Discovery, Discovery Card is terrible, they have ruined my sons overseas trip, i spent over R 5000-00 on international calls to Sandton over a three week period, still got no where. My son lodged a query as to where his replacement card is, "we will reply in two working days" three weeks later still nothing! His card expires end on month and then what Discovery?? should he cut his trip short cause he will not be able to access his CREDIT funds in his account. Whats going on??
