Terrible service from Discoverycard

I activated the Trvelbooster benefit on 13 February, but it showed a 0% discount as, according to Discovery, I was in the "Extreme" claims category. This did not make sense as our family of 5's day-to-day claims were arount R14k for 2016, well below the family threshold of R25000 for an extreme claimer. I queried it via e-mail and got a response from Jaco Lu**** that he has referred it to the health department. The health department sent me a statement confirming that my day-to-day expenses were R14184 for 2016 but nothing changed regarding my travel booster. Typical "pass the buck" response form Jaco Lu****....

I then phoned Discovery and spoke to Keenan Bennett on 16 February and he offered to help and gave me his personal e-mail adress.

I have now sent at least 4 follow up messages, but no reply and no response.

Keenan said that he would "escalate" the matter, but it seems in Discovercard's dictionary "escalated" means "shelved"!!!
