Terrible service from Discovery Credit card department

I only got the credit card with Discovery because I wanted the Apple watch benefit with Vitality, however Discovery seems to be doing everything in their power to keep me from activating this benefit. In November I got the Discovery Blue card and was told to make monthly payment of R 500. I paid the R 500 on 01 November 2018 as discussed then on 19 November 2018 a debit order for R 500 went off my account while there was no money left in my cheque account with FNB. I then called Discovery about this and they apologised for their mistake. I then changed my debit order date to the first day of every month. My debit order has since then been paid every month. Beginning February I app**** to upgrade my credit card and activated the Vitality benefit. I couldn't activate the watch benefit and phoned Discovery. Apparently my account was in arrears and not in good standing for more than three months because of the November debit order. I spoke to Faandile on 12 February 2019 and he said that he had spoken to a manager and that my account will be in good standing by the end of February 2019. I specifically asked him if I would then be able to activate the Apple watch benefit on 1 March 2019 and he told me yes. I was so excited and counted the days until I could finally get my Apple watch. It seems that the manager ****. This morning first thing I activated the watch benefit however still received the message that my card is "not in good standing". I phoned discovery and was then transferred from the credit department to vitality back to the credit department and mostly was asked to hold the line. This lasted 20 minutes until I ran out of airtime. The lady from Vitality then phoned me back and asked me to hold the line which I did for another 22 minutes. I find this holding on to get assistance very unprofessional. I was informed that on 9 January 2019 there was a bad transaction. I checked and found that it was banking fees deducted by Discovery. This was the first time a banking fee was deducted and I am very puzzled by the fact that it was deducted on the 9th of the month. A reasonable person would expect the fee to be deducted on the same day as the debit order is paid. FNB immediately made payment to Discovery so my card was not arrears for even a full day. I then asked the lady at the credit card division to let me speak to a manager but it seems that all the managers at Discovery are ALWAYS busy. She then said that she will have the manager call me back which I don't believe will happen. If this is the way Discovery treats me after being a client for 7+ years then I'm done. I will move my medical aid policy to a better medical aid and close my credit card. I think its time to cut ties with Discovery. Clearly no one at Discovery cares about me as a client. I was really looking forward to getting fit with Vitality and the Apple watch and am very sad about the way Discovery has treated me.
