Terrible service

My husband ia trying to change a pin number since Monday in total must be over 4 hours on the phone, still waiting for someone to call him back, don't give reference numbers don't record calls, terrible service for such a big company. Now they say people giving out pins went home but their trading hours is from 8 to 6, really, pathetic.
