Terrible service

Hi I've been banking with discovery bank for years now, today I needed a simple letter to be stamped and sent back to me and I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get it done. Every other bank does it immediately!!! When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was ignored and at the end of the call the consultant just stopped talking. Absolutely terrible!!!!
