Terrible rewards team for assistance

They are bor auctioning my requests when I asked about HC, it's active on vitality but not syncing to my bank, really disappointed first they sold my accounts under false pretenses now this, just sending a email saying my HC is not active but it clearly is I even had a call with a rewards agents and he would have solved this by last week Friday
