Terrible dealing with Discovery Card!

I'd like someone to actually listen to a recorded call that I just made, where the phone was answered and put on the table, staff singing and joking in the background! <br> <br> I'm trying to follow up on my application and your call center is on holiday??!<br> <br> Your online application form hasn't worked in three weeks either. <br> Why bother to advertise something if you don't have the resources willing to deal with it.<br> This is a disgrace of a company.
