Terrible customer service - app full of issues. Stay far away

I have called them multiple times and asked telephone assistants to push through from their side the removal of a request from the credit division which is blocking my ability to use the app. Basically to fix a bug on the app that makes me unable to do anything else. They still haven't done it after multiple calls! I am absolutely shocked at how bad management is compared to the other divisions of Discovery. People should stay far far away, customer service is zero.
