Terrible company to deal with

An extremely unhelpful and terrible experience with this bank, you ask them to close an account for MONTHS and nothing which ultimately affects a perfect credit score as well as racks up bills like no tomorrow because their agents are pure lazy to follow through. Had a call come through, answered and they cut the call even. Really terrible service and would NEVER recommend someone joins them
