***** Team Bad Service

Discovery's ***** team has been unhelpful. I made two payments for goods, but the seller disappeared afterward. I opened a case of ***** and submitted all necessary documents, but after a follow-up call, they claimed they hadn't received my forms then he looked again while on the call and found them and then decided there and then not after a proper investigation they can't assist me. How can you trust a bank that doesn’t protect or support you in situations like this? It’s unbelievable
