Taking money *******ly from bank account

My wife was contacted because she was a few days late paying. She gave a valid reason of that her mother was on her death bed in hospital and she would pay them as soon as she could. They carried on phoning every day and getting told the same thing.<br> Then we find out they have debited my wife's account without any permission from her which is very *******.<br> To phone them and find out we not in arrears because it was only a few days late and you are meant to be a few mouths behind in payments to have them hound you like they did.<br> F@&king DISGUSSTING<br>
