Taking 4 days to get me a bank statement

Needed an updated bank statement for a specific month sent to me for a visa application (At the time my statement for March ended at 3 March but I need the transactions after that date to show as well.) I phoned them Thursday morning and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. I needed this the next Monday. Phoned Monday morning, was told I should get it be the end of the day, and that the request would be escalated. Had to phone in again this morning, Tuesday and basically got the same response.
