Takealot refund of R1,990 still not reflecting

I am very disappointed with Discovery Bank. I am waiting for a R1,990 refund from Takealot. Takealot has confirmed that the refund is approved and advised that it should reflect within 3 working days.

Today is already day 4, and the money has still not reflected in my Discovery Bank account.

Please investigate this matter urgently and assist me in getting my refund reflected. I need a clear explanation of where the money is and when I can expect it.

I hope Discovery Bank can resolve this matter as soon as possible.
