TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THEN!!!

Discovery just phoned me now. The lady had a cheek to tell me oh well just take your business elsewhere if you're not happy! Like It doesn't bother them and would not make any difference to them!!! All I asked for was a credit card limit increase as my credit limit is a lousy R300, and as the festive season has approached I would appreciate a R5000 credit card limit, to date I have paid almost R60,000 into my R300 limit credit card.

I'm so shocked at been treated like this, I feel like my being a customer of theirs is insignificant to them and As a customer, I should feel Respected, Valued and treated with dignity by bank staff. Informed Clearly communicated with about products, services, and any changes.Supported and Helped with queries, concerns, and financial goals. Secure and Confident that my personal and financial information is protected. Heard and Listened to and acknowledged when I provide feedback or express concerns. Empowered and Equipped with the knowledge and tools to manage my finances effectively. Appreciated and Recognized and rewarded for my loyalty and business. Trusted and Confident in the bank's integrity, transparency, and expertise.

When a bank makes me feel this way, I'm more likely to Feel loyal and committed to the bank. Recommend the bank to others. Use more of the bank's products and services like I did when I signed up for a life insurance policy. Provide positive feedback and reviews

Ultimately, a bank should strive to create a positive, supportive, and empowering experience for its customers and I have not experienced this at all.
