system not allowing me to open a simple bank account

its the third week now and no one has been able to help me open a bank account. their app doesnt allow me to get a bank account and i have went to their branch and still no one was able to assist me. all i want to open the bank account why does it have to take a month for that?im so frustrated because i need this account for my gym to deduct so now my life is on hold.
