Super innovative taking selfies like an idiot

This is the most annoying bank you can possibly join.

A perfect comparison is driving to the coast with your little brother and him playing the game "Are we there yet" every two minutes.

They are trying to be innovative with their absurd selfie you have to take to verify while doing basic activities, now you need to like an idiot find a spot with enough lighting and look like a fool while having to take a selfie.

Sometimes if you want to make use of for example travel mall or any other part of the stack, you need to login, then login again on the app to take a damn selfie (WHY DO I EVEN HAVE A USERNAME AND PASSWORD), login again every time you navigate, when you decide to make payment hey guess what take a selfie like an idiot again (which requires you to LOGIN the app and do this AGAIN!)

If these guys realise that this is the dumbest "innovation" that exist and the amount of people you lost or will never join your ****ty bank because of this stupid function. Even to think about the amount of people I talked to about this where they refuse to reopen/join Discovery because of this stupid authentication method will blow your mind.

Maybe you should run a poll from your site and see how absurd you are in adding such a stupid authentication method.

Anyway, this won't bother me any more, as I'm closing my suite and investments because of this annoying feature.

Hi Warren,

I'm so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our selfie features.

The selfie supports your smart ID or barcoded ID to confirm your identity.

As a fully digital bank, we use the best technological ways to safeguard your account and protect you against ********** activity.

Kind regards
