Super bad comms from Discovery Bank

Without any warning my credit card was paused. On phoning I was told that fica documents were outstanding which I emailed immediately. 5 days later, still no joy, I called every day after that always being promised it would be resolved that evening. Finally 11 DAYS LATER I get an email that all is okay, BUT when trying to use it: invalid PIN! Called then again! I was instructed to go to an ATM, but I couldn't do what I had to, as I was a secondary card holder! The start of all of this: NO REQUEST from the bank for fica documents - they just CUT YOU OFF!
