Dear Discovery Bank Team,

I hope you are well. I am writing again because my previous emails have not received any response, and the situation has become urgent.

A group of women who worked day and night as sales agents in Limpopo, walking long distances under extreme heat, managed to secure over 300 sales. We were shocked when the commission was suspended without a clear and detailed explanation or a proper process of engagement.

Unfortunately, this has now created a serious safety risk. Some of the affected individuals are extremely upset and have started threatening to burn our family home, as they see me as their leader and the person responsible. My life and my family’s safety are now in danger.

I am respectfully requesting an urgent response, a clear explanation, and an immediate resolution plan.
