Stop,lock

I was working perfectly fine with this bank then I couldn’t withdraw or pay using the bank , I was using it for business

Today I contacted agent on Facebook and I was told that my account was blocked for ***** they said they will look on that issue and come back to me I’m still waiting and I don’t have airtime to call them , I wish I can get help
