Stole R400 out of my card when they transferred me to Discovery bank
I had a discovery credit card with FNB. Discovery bank contacted me and asked if I wanted to move the credit card to discovery bank. I said sure, bug mistake. The move started last week. On Friday I still had R1100 in my discovery credit card, this was after interest that was deducted on the 17th/18th of the month. Today discovery bank let me know that the transfer is complete. But now, I have R700 in the bank, R400 just went missing between the transfer. And they don't know why and aren't really bothered in finding it. I am not paying a cent on this card until this is resolved, and you can move it back to FNB thanks

Yes, your statement closed on 17/10/2019 and charged you R2860.72 interest, however when your account was closed off and moved over to Discovery Bank on 22/10/2019. We had to close off your billing cycle, thus billing your interest from the 17th to the 22nd before moving your account over, this interest amount was R373.54.

We had to close off your billing cycle, thus billing your interest from the 17th to the 22nd before moving your account over, this interest amount was R373.54.
